Friendly, Friendly, Friendly
I was instantly welcomed by the cheerful staff who felt like old friends! My spacious Queen Room made relaxation a breeze, and the complimentary breakfast, especially those fluffy omelets, was a fantastic way to start the day! Plus, being steps away from a Giant Eagle meant I had everything I needed right at my fingertips.

I stayed here for a quick family getaway, and I really appreciated how helpful the staff was during check-in. The breakfast was among the freshest I'd had from a chain hotel, and the room felt clean and spacious, making it a good base for our local adventures. Just keep in mind that there are no elevators, so if you have a lot of bags, consider requesting a room on the first floor.

The breakfast was a real treat—those fresh waffles hit the spot! Plus, I loved the spacious Queen Room. it felt like a cozy hideaway. The staff even clued us in on some local food joints, which made discovering grub in New Castle a blast!
Navigating those stairs was a pain, especially with bags! And let's just say, that jacuzzi tub could’ve used a little TLC.

Amazing staff made the stay special
Had such a fab experience here! The crew, especially Kristine and Tiffany, were super sweet and treated me like fam, which made my solo trip way better. They even helped me out with some flowers I brought for a friend. Room was clean & cozy. The breakfast was fresh too! Just wish there was more seating in the dining area.

Had a fantastic stay with my family! We enjoyed the sauna and steam room to unwind after a busy day, which was a nice treat. The only minor hiccup was the lack of an elevator, so if you're traveling with heavy bags, a first-floor room might be a better option! 😊
